We promote independent producers of organic produce, sustainable fish, ethical meats and English & Welsh wines, and love to write about everything we try. Our readership is highly targeted: most of our readers take regular deliveries of organic foods, or undertake high-end cookery and wine-tasting courses; we're pretty sure they have some exceedingly nice kitchens and no small interest in the next must-have kitchen gadget.
