With over 20 years of experience in marketing and the hospitality industry, Jo started her career at Freud Communications with the London launch of Planet Hollywood and Pizza Hut’s Stuffed Crust, before moving to Florida as Head of Marketing for a Real Estate company. Later as Marketing Director for an American chain of Microbrewery restaurants, Jo opened more than 50 stores across the US before returning to England. Nine years ago she set up Fishbowl’s UK division, building solid client relationships and industry partnerships that has driven the UK operation’s strong growth. Working closely with her clients, Jo and her team develop actionable insights, strategy and solutions using high quality customer data. This drives incremental revenue and increases footfall through customer database design and data collection strategy, targeted and automated messaging campaigns, promotion redemption tracking and analytics for clients such as - Ed’s Easy Diner, Hall & Woodhouse, Fuller’s, Peach Pubs, Busaba Eathai, Corney & Barrow, Patisserie Valerie and Las Iguanas.
