Introducing Jnck Bakery!
Here at Jnck Bakery we are looking to redefine what it means to consume junk food. We are passionate about the UK’s obesity crisis and want to help the nation become a happier and healthier place.
We have developed a range of freshly baked, chewy cookies that are nutritionally enhanced and totally de-junked from bad stuff. It’s also worth mentioning the government's recent HFSS (High Fat Sugar Salt) restrictions and that we are non-HFSS (and have a proud HFSS score of 0).
Our cookies contain 90% less sugar than normal cookies using our cutting edge sweetness modulation! We have tripled the protein thanks to the inclusion of pea protein. Each cookie also provides 10g prebiotic fibre to help make your gut happy.
We’ve managed to deliver on all of this whilst still tasting delicious. If you don’t believe us then make sure you come and try us at the Food Entrepreneur Show (19-20th Oct, stand Q50).
We currently boast 4 delicious flavours:
Milky chocolate cookie - The perfect harmony of crisp edged, chewy middled, creamy chocolatey deliciousness. It’s the undisputed champion of bakery for good reason
Trippple chocolate cookie - Please rise for the chocolate champion, stacked and packed with cocoas big three. White, dark and milk blend in a delectable fudgy concoction.
White gold chocolate cookie - Simple meets sophisticated in a golden union of balance and intensity. Caramelised dough and mellow white choc will leave you wanting more.
White ruby chocolate - There’s a new choc on the block and it’s called Ruby. A unique tension of fresh berry fruitiness combines with white chocolate smoothness.
